Purpose of Program Review

The East Los Angeles College (ELAC) Program Review supports the college’s integrated planning and resource allocation process, advances student success through collaborative and inclusive planning, reflection, and resource requests, and drives continuous improvement via the alignment with the ELAC Strategic Educational Plan. 

Deep discussions with all department/unit faculty/staff are encouraged during the program review process.

Assistance

• Resource Requests: Work within your Program Review teams to seek help and complete the appropriate resource request to support your department/unit’s goals.
• Non-Faculty Position Requests: Contact the Human Resources Committee co-chairs. 
• Facilities Requests: Contact the Facilities Planning Sub-committee co-chairs.
